David A. Savner

Mr. Savner has served as a director
of Northfield since April 1998. Mr. Savner has since April 1998
been the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of General Dynamics
Corporation. From 1987 to 1998, Mr. Savner was a senior partner
in the law firm of Jenner & Block. Mr. Savner received his J.D.
degree from Northwestern University Law School in 1968.
