Mr.Wood has served as a director of Northfield since September 2005. He currently serves as CEO of Summit Roundtable. Previously, he served as President of COBE BCT Inc., a division of COBE Laboratories Inc. Mr. Wood received a B.S. in chemistry from Harvey Mudd College and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.
